ACB was selected as the Housing Authority’s Modernization and Construction Management Consultant in 2011, after a long and not so positive experience with the prior company. The ACB team led by Alicia Biasotti Belotta was able to take on a very difficult task which is the modernization and construction management of various projects at 46 properties within the City of Newark. Since then, ACB has been an essential part of the Authority. There services vary from preparation of documents thought bidding, construction administration and closeout. I am very thankful to have had ACB as my Modernization and Construction Manager consultant for the last four years, and especially I am thankful for the ability, flexibility and dedication that their leader Alicia Biasotti Belotta demonstrated from the beginning of the program.
